Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping from China to Houston take?
Ocean freight is about 30 to 40 days all-water, or roughly 3 to 4 weeks via a West Coast port and rail. Air freight is usually 5 to 8 days door to door, and express 3 to 6 days.
Do you handle personal shipments?
No. We handle commercial imports only, not personal belongings, household goods, artwork, household moves, or personal air arrivals at IAH. Customs clearance on its own is welcome, including cargo already at the port, and we also run door-to-door imports for businesses that ship regularly by the pallet, the LCL load, or the container.
Are you a licensed customs broker?
Yes. Customs clearance is handled by our licensed customs team as part of the door-to-door service.
Can you deliver to Amazon?
Yes. We prepare FBA-ready cartons in China and deliver to Amazon fulfillment centers around Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio.
